We at Cafe Interior offer a streamlined interior design process with two consultation options: online or in-person at our design studio. Here’s how it works!

Step 1: Consultation

Option 1: Online Consultation
Fill out a simple form, and a designer will be assigned to virtually meet with you at the scheduled time. During the consultation, they’ll understand your space’s layout, design preferences, and budget.

Based on your input, the designer may present a few design options during the call, or schedule a follow-up meeting for further exploration. You’ll be shown various design options, and you can experiment with different layouts, materials, and finishes to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the look and functionality of your cafe.

Option 2: In-Person Consultation at Our Design Studio
Meet with your designer at our studio, where you can explore a variety of interior design elements like seating, lighting, and custom furniture. You’ll be able to see, touch, and experience various materials and finishes firsthand, helping you make more informed decisions about the design.

Just like with the online consultation, you’ll be shown renderings and cost breakdowns. You can make adjustments until you’re happy with both the design and the budget.

Step 2: Agreement

You’ll sit down with our project manager to review all terms, timelines, and material details. Once you’re completely satisfied, you’ll make an initial payment to finalize the agreement, which will outline the design plan, specifications, project timeline, and payment schedule.

Step 3: Execution

Our design team will visit the site to take precise measurements. Following this, the fabrication process will begin at our factory, where custom furniture and fixtures will be made according to your chosen design.

You’ll be updated regularly, and payments will be collected based on project milestones. Quality checks will be performed throughout to ensure everything meets your standards.

Step 4: Installation and Opening

Once the factory work is complete, our team will install everything at your cafe. After installation, and approximately 45 days from design finalization, you can make your final payment and get ready to welcome customers to your newly designed cafe!
